Shipping

We ship worldwide! We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO/POB addresses at this time (if you still want a pair of Respoke, we recommend sending to a friend or family member at another address who will be able to send to you directly).

We do our best to process and ship your Respoke quickly, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

All orders ship out of our warehouse facility just outside of New York City. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed.
We offer Express Shipping for an additional charge. Please contact our Customer Service department for a quote.

Please note that all international orders are potentially subject to any local customs and/or duties taxes imposed by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery within the USA is typically 2 to 5 business days from the time of shipping.
International delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days from the time of shipping.

Returns

We accept returns.
We want you to love your Respoke espadrilles as much as we do. If you aren’t entirely happy with your order please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Please include your name, email address and order number so that we can locate your order and we will make it right.

Here’s the deal:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and offer a full refund on all full-priced domestic purchases. All returns must be in new condition, unworn, and free of any damage. Purchases must have been made on Respoke.com.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We deduct a $10 Restocking Fee for returns made with a refund. Store credits will be issued to your account under the email address you used to place your order. There is no Restocking Fee for store credits and store credits do not expire.

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges of Respoke made from a retailer.
If you purchased (thank you!) from a retailer please contact them directly to arrange a return.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept International Returns/Exchanges. We hope to offer this in the near future. For now all International Orders are a final sale.
