Shipping

We ship worldwide! We offer free standard shipping on all orders.We typically ship using UPS. If you require shipping to Military/APO/FPO/POB addresses please contact us prior to placing your order.

We do our best to process and ship your Respoke purchase quickly, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

All orders ship out of our facilities in New York City or Cape Cod Massachusetts. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed.
We offer Express Shipping for an additional charge. Please contact our Customer Service department prior to placing your order for a quote.

Please note that all international orders are potentially subject to any local customs and/or duties taxes imposed by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery within the USA is typically 2 to 5 business days from the time of shipping.
International delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days from the time of shipping.

Returns

We accept returns.
We want you to love your Respoke as much as we do. If you aren’t entirely happy with your order please contact us at info@respoke.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your name, email address and order number so that we can locate your order and we will make it right.

Here’s the deal:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and offer a full refund on all full-priced domestic purchases. All returns must be in new condition, unworn, and free of any damage. Purchases must have been made on Respoke.com.

We offer complimentary return shipping on exchanges or store credit only and only within United States. 

Please send returns not for exchange or credit via trackable mail service to Respoke, PO Box 1405, Provincetown, MA 02657.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Store credits will be issued to your account under the email address you used to place your order. Store credits do not expire.

International customers see details on International Returns below.

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges of Respoke made from a retailer.
If you purchased (thank you!) from a retailer please contact them directly to arrange a return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept International Returns/Exchanges. We hope to offer this in the near future. For now all International Orders are a final sale.
