SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders with the exception of fine-art and furniture.
We do our best to process and ship your Respoke purchase quickly, usually 1-2 business days; during the holidays, this can be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Please note that all international orders are potentially subject to any local customs and/or duties taxes imposed by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Fine-art and furniture purchases are subject to additional payment made directly to a third party shipper.
Delivery within the USA is typically 2 to 5 business days from the time of shipping.
International delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days from the time of shipping.
Online Domestic Returns
We want you to love your Respoke purchase. If you aren’t entirely happy with your online order, just contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery, and reference your name and order number.
Purchases made 11/15/24 - 12/24/24 are eligible for an extended exchange-only policy through 1/3/25.
All returns must be unworn, and free of any damage. Purchases must have been made at respoke.com.
Complimentary return shipping is provided for exchanges or returns with the exception of fine-art and furniture.
All returns and exchanges will incur a $20 re-stocking fee.
We are unable to accept returns/exchanges of Respoke made from a non-Respoke brand retailer. If you purchased (thank you!) from a non-Respoke brand retailer, please contact them directly to arrange a return.
Online International Returns
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept international returns/exchanges. For now all international orders are a final sale.
In-store & Events Returns
We offer exchanges for in-store & events purchases within 10 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn, and free of any damage. Sorry no returns/refunds.
