We ship worldwide! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, except for fine-art and furniture. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO/POB addresses at this time (if you still want a pair of Respoke, we recommend sending to a friend or family member at another address who will be able to send to you directly).

We do our best to process and ship your Respoke quickly, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed.
We offer Express Shipping for an additional charge. Please contact our Customer Service department for a quote.

Please note that all international orders are potentially subject to any local customs and/or duties taxes imposed by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery within the USA is typically 2 to 5 business days from the time of shipping.
International delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days from the time of shipping.

Fine-art and furniture purchases are subject to additional payment made directly to a third party shipper.
